"The Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) Certificate is a continuing education certificate designed to meet the basic educational needs of front line health care professionals in, or considering a career in, the field of infection prevention and control.

The IPC Certificate is offered through the University of British Columbia Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine and School of Population and Public Health with support from UBC’s Centre for Teaching Learning and Technology.  The first students were awarded the IPC Certificate in 2007; to date, 120 students have received the Certificate."
